Children between 6 & 12 years 50% reduction on daily rate. Children under 5 years old 75% reduction on daily rate.
A £20.00 per night supplement will be added to single occupancy of double rooms at weekends and busy periods, please check when booking. Dogs welcome by prior arrangement £6.00 per day per dog.

3 nights for 2 Midweek break covers any 3 night night stay not including a Friday or Saturday Night.
Hotel Reservation & Cancellation Policy
A Reservation will only be confirmed if a deposit is held against the reservation. The deposit will be equivalent to the rate of the first night's stay or 40% of the total stay, whichever amount is greater.
If your booking is cancelled within 7 days *(42 days for Christmas, New Year Easter, Bank Holidays and party bookings) of your arrival date your deposit will not be refunded.
If your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours *(21 days for Christmas, New Year Easter, Bank Holidays and party bookings) of your arrival date or you fail to arrive we will charge you for your total reservation cost or a percentage of the cost that we feel is appropriate.
*A party booking is defined as more than 3 rooms in the same party and need not be booked by 1 person.
We recommend that you take out holiday insurance for all bookings.
