Classic Dining

This is a peaceful, tranquil dining experience in either of our three dining rooms at Sway Manor.  Yet we are often host to family and business celebrations.

In particular, our Conservatory restaurant which overlooks the beautiful gardens offers a wonderfully bright backdrop for warm and sunny lunches (even in winter) and in the evening romantic candle-lit dinners!  Traditional full English or fresh fruit buffets welcome our guests to breakfast.

There are also two further Edwardian dining rooms offering a variety of scope for discerning diners, clubs, groups and parties.

Our cuisine is classic English with a hint of mediterranean and helpings are unusually generous.

The waiting staff attitude is second to none, the food is good and the location is very peaceful and tranquil.

It was their love of classic dining that inspired Trevor and Robert to design and create a bright airy restaurant that epitomizes dining out whilst sitting in.  The home-made desert selection is on display and served by the waiting staff. When was the last time you tasted real syrup pudding and custard?

If you're looking for somewhere for a romantic dinner for two in the New Forest, then Sway Manor Hotel is certainly very special indeed. Sway Manor is also popular with 'ladies who lunch' in the New Forest and is perfect for that special anniversary or other family celebration.

We use fresh produce from local New Forest suppliers wherever possible, cooked with distinct flavours.

As you might expect, wine is a key element of dining at Sway Manor Hotel. Our wine waiters will advise on the most appropriate wines and, once you’ve decided, will be eager for your comments.
